Registration: Fee will be $45 to $65 depending on when you register- sign up early for the biggest savings! Participants will receive an Iron Horse technical running shirt (in your choice of men’s or women’s sizing) with the Iron Horse logo, 11″ x 17″ poster of the Iron Horse art work, custom race bib, custom finisher medal, the option to earn a unique mug by completing the Hill CRUSHER Challenge, and free packet shipping.
Hill CRUSHER Challenge: Run a route that has more elevation gain than the original Iron Horse Half Marathon course (700 ft. of gain) and earn a unique hill crusher mug! The hill crusher challenge is open to the virtual 12k as well. The only catch is that the 12k still has to complete the 700 feet of gain in the shorter race. Better find some hills! The Hill Crusher Challenge requires proof of completion (Strava data, Map My Run Elevation profile, etc.). We will provide info on how to submit your elevation results as we get closer to race day.
Course Info: The course is whatever you pick! Be safe and have fun. We want to see where the race takes you, so tag us on social media!
Timing: The race is self-timed and self-reported. We will provide a link and instructions on how to submit your results closer to race day.
Awards: A custom medal will be given to each finisher. Because we are unable to regulate distance/timing, all virtual results will be considered to be its own race with no official overall or age group awards.
